The Reports section helps you analyze insights related to employee feedback and your employer branding performance. Here’s how you can access and use reports from the Employer Dashboard.
Step 1: Log in to the Employer Dashboard
Visit https://employer.ambitionbox.com and log in using your registered company credentials.
Step 2: Go to Reports
From the left panel, click on Reports.
Step 3: View Available Reports
On the Reports page, you’ll see two key types of reports available for your company:
- Pulse Reports – These provide insights into employee sentiment, key themes, concerns, and workplace mood based on recent reviews.
- Branding Reports – These focus on your employer brand performance and visibility insights.
Step 4: Access Pulse Reports
Click on Pulse Report to view a structured summary of employee sentiment. It includes an executive summary, key themes and concerns shared by employees, sentiment trends over time, and an overview of the overall mood of the workplace and company culture.
Step 5: Download Branding Reports
Click on Branding Reports to get a comprehensive view of your employer brand performance, including review trends, rating breakdowns by department, location and designation, category-wise ratings, gender splits, and competitor benchmarking.
Branding Reports can be downloaded in:
- Monthly reports
- Quarterly reports
- Annual reports
