The Promotes Transparency badge helps showcase your company’s commitment to openness and trust. You can earn this badge by adding one of AmbitionBox’s official badges to your company website or career page and linking it back to your AmbitionBox profile. Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Log in to the Employer Dashboard
Visit https://employer.ambitionbox.com and log in using your registered company credentials.
Step 2: Go to “Download Badges”
In the left panel, click on 'Download Badges' under the 'Promote Your Brand' section.
Step 3: Choose a Badge
On this page, you’ll see all the available badges. You can:
● Download the badge
● Share it
● Copy the embed link
Badges that are locked will display a lock icon. Click the lock to view the criteria for unlocking them.
Step 4: Add the Badge to Your Website
Select any unlocked badge and add or embed it on your company website or career page.
👉 Make sure you embed or link the badge to your AmbitionBox company profile. The embed link can be found below each badge.
Step 5: Submit the Link
Once you’ve added the badge, paste the link to your website or career page in the box on the right under “Want to earn the Promotes Transparency badge?” and click 'Submit'.
Step 6: Review by AmbitionBox
Our team will review your submission and update your profile with the Promotes Transparency badge within 3 business days.
