You can invite candidates to share their interview experience directly from the Employer Dashboard. Here’s how to do it step by step.
Step 1: Log in to the Employer Dashboard
Visit https://employer.ambitionbox.com and log in using your registered company credentials.
Step 2: Go to Invite Candidates to Share Their Interview Experience
From the left panel, click on Invite Candidates to Share Their Interview Experience.
Step 3: Add Candidate Email Addresses
On this page, enter the email addresses of the candidates you want to invite.
You can add up to 1000 email addresses at a time.
Step 4: Review or Edit the Email Content
You can use the pre-filled subject line and email body, or edit them as required. The email includes a direct link through which candidates can share their interview experience.
Step 5: Send the Invitation
Once everything looks good, click on Send to share the invitation with the selected candidates.
Step 6: Copy the Interview Experience Link
You can also copy the interview experience submission link directly from this page and share it with candidates via other communication channels.
Step 7: Share Using QR Code or Poster
In addition to email and direct links, you can also use:
- A QR code that employees can scan to access the Interview form
- A downloadable poster that can be shared internally or displayed at your workplace
