Step 1: Log in to the AmbitionBox Employer Dashboard
Visit https://employer.ambitionbox.com and log in using your registered company credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Review Management
Once logged in, you’ll land on the Employer Dashboard. From here, head to the left panel and click on 'Review Management' under 'Engage Your Employees'.
Step 3: Choose a Review to Respond To
On the 'Review Management' page, scroll to see the list of reviews received for your company. Under any review, select 'Respond to Reviews Anonymously'.
Step 4: Write Your Response
Type your response in the text box provided. Ensure your reply is professional, empathetic, and addresses the points raised in the review.
Step 5: Submit the Response
Once done, click on 'Submit' to post your reply.
