Day to Day Office

Last night, I came home feeling really frustrated after a last-minute meeting at work. I rang the doorbell and saw my husband looking happy because he got a new project thanks to his hard work. 

He was telling me how much praise he got at work and how his career is moving forward. But I suddenly lost my patience and shouted .............SHUTUP, I’m not happy right now ................too much frustrated and I don’t want to hear about your achievements. Just leave me alone.

He looked surprised, and I walked away from the room. Since then, it’s been quiet between us................no hugs or support. And I am wondering why?

If he can share his happiness, why can’t I share my frustration? Being partners means understanding each other, no matter what. 
Why the silence? Not everyone has a good day every day. Sometimes, you just need someone to ask how you are feeling before talking.

I joined DML in 2017 as an IoS developer. I have had the opportunity to work in some really cool projects in this organisation. In this journey I have become a more experienced and confident individual. My colleagues have become like my family. We work as a team in this organisation which I believe makes us all grow individually. I am very happy and content working at Digital Marketing Lab s a senior now.

There is delay in payment of salary in few months.

I joined Digital Marketing Lab on February 2021 as a Sales associate. In the initial few months I was unable to contribute much in the sales target but the management kept faith on me. I can proudly say that my performance has drastically improved over the past few months all because of the guidance of my seniors and support of my colleagues. The salary is satisfactory as well with good HR policies.

I have just joined Digital Marketing Lab few months back. I could easily adapt to their work culture thanks to my supporting colleagues. The salary is meeting my expectations. There is too much reporting involved which is not something I dislike but would appreciate if minimized.

I joined Digital Marketing lab three years back as a content writer. In these 3 years I had the opportunity to work in some really top notch projects. You have to be really productive to sustain in the organisation. hard  work is rewarded, but failing to meet your targets can cost you your job. Salary is satisfactory. Good HR rules. No politics in workplace. You will have enough time for yourself while working here.

Of course, we had a few indifference within my work tenure but they were all very minute and nothing serious.

Web Developer

I have worked in Digital Marketing Lab for 2 years. It was the first company that I worked with and I have learnt so much from it. Thanks to DML for giving me the opportunity to work on innovative projects and appreciating my hard efforts. The seniors were always supportive and never hesitated to give a supporting hand. We worked as a team in the true sense and worked on some great  projects together. I shall be forever grateful to DML for giving me an experience that I know will help me in my career.
