Hi all, Please help me with this:
I have got new offer from Indegene with proper day shift and the client is Eli Lily (pharma). My current company is Accenture and current CTC is 13.5LPA (excluding variable which gets disclosed yearly), client is Merck (pharma).
Indegene is offering 16 LPA max due to budget constraints. I have just completed one year in Accenture and the timing is grave yard shift in Accenture.
Both are WFH. Both the roles are Senior Project Manager.
