Inspect the flat for imperfections such as cracks, holes, or uneven surfaces
Fill any imperfections with spackle or putty and allow to dry
Sand the entire surface with a fine-grit sandpaper to create a smooth finish
Apply a coat of primer to the surface and allow to dry
Sand the surface again with a fine-grit sandpaper
Apply the first coat of paint and allow to dry
Sand the surface again with a fine-grit sandpaper
Apply the second coat of paint and allow to dry

1st we have to do housekeeping on the flat.

2.we remove the tiepatti and hole paking with master base .

All the concrete surface we have to water washing.
Then we are allowed for bondit then gypsum plaster (6 to 12mm )
Then floor level mariking for tiles and granite
Allowed for vetrified then water proofing on bathrooms and allow for ceramic tiles
Then putty on gypsum plaster ¹st coat 1.5mm then ²nd coat .then door window fixing
Note this work start when electric team and plumbing team finished on his work.
