Our loans can be used for the purchase of flats and construction of plots, renovation and home extensions, secured loans against homes to self-employed and salaried individuals. We use technology at various levels to ensure that our processes are flexible and fast, enabling us to offer creative and tailor-made housing credit solutions to our customers. In the corporate loans space, we offer loans to builders/real estate developers for construction of residential/housing projects and for general corporate purposes as well.
