Steel Exchange India Ltd was incorporated in February 1999 as Pyxis Technology Solutions Ltd.The company promoted by team of technocrats, friends and relatives.
Promoters were originally into trading of steel and steel related products under the name of Vizag profiles. In December 1999 the Steel Exchange India Ltd was incorporated as 100 percent subsidiary of Pyxis Technologies.
