A leading construction organization styled as M/s VARAHA CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, a registered firm was carrying out road construction since 1980 to foray into the road construction business and since then it has completed number of prestigious projects. Mr. Mufat Singh who is also the Proprietor of the company formed in 1980. Since then it is closely working under the able guidance of Mr. Singh. Initially the company was run single handedly by Mr. Mufat Singh Rao and the work area was constraint mostly in Western Rajasthan only. All the three sons of proprietor are young, dynamic, dedicated to work and competent managers and have joined the hands of Shree Mufat Singh Rao & strengthen his hand in 2002-2003 and the company has expanded its area of operation from Rajasthan to Madhya Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, Bihar and also from traditional work of Rajasthan PWD to other departments and organization like NHAI, RAILWAY DEPARTMENT, MPRDC, RIDCOR, RSRDC, UIT & MPRRDA. In order to fit in the corporate culture, the Proprietor and the Promoters of Varaha Construction Company formed a Public Limited Company named ‘Varaha Infra Limited (VIL)’ incorporated on 11.04.2008 by Mr. Mufat Singh Rao and his other family members. The Company has been incorporated to undertake infrastructure activities like Construction, Maintenance, Up-gradation of Roads, BOT Projects, Bridges, and Railways. The Company has taken over business, and assets of M/s Varaha Construction Company.
