I’m just relieved I got out in time...I was with [Genpact](genpact) till last month.

Genpact wants its employees to start working 10 hours a day 5 days a week...that's 50 hours weekly. And this isn't for a startup or leadership role. It's for freshers.

Entry level roles with 10 hour shifts? are you serious? In 2025? When we’re talking about 4 day workweeks and burnout awareness?

I’m not saying people shouldn’t work hard....we all do. But let’s stop pretending this is normal or productive. Longer hours don’t mean better output. In most cases, it just means more stress, more health issues, and faster exits.

If you don’t trust your team to perform in 8 hours, maybe it’s not the employees who need training.
Or 2 extra hours me koi kuch vaise bhi nahi ukhaad raha.

You won't believe my senior has a good corporate job with over 10 years of experience.  
But suddenly resigned just a few days after his wedding.
We all thought maybe he got married and wants to spend his time with his wife, and decided to go to his place to give him a proper farewell.

Let’s stop sugarcoating it. A lot of men today aren’t scared of women at work they’re just done taking the risk.

You joke with a guy, it’s camaraderie.
You joke with a woman, it’s “tone check.”
You mentor a male junior, it’s leadership.
You mentor a female junior, it’s headlines waiting to happen.

It’s not that women are always overreacting 
It’s that men have realized it’s just not worth it anymore.
