Why am I starting to feel like an underpaid and unappreciated employee?

Hey everyone! I have been working as a TL for Genpact for the past 2.5 years. I'm still at the same CTC they hired me with, and every time I bring up the topic of increasing my compensation, my manager just tells me they are looking into it and that it's due to budget issues. The excuses don't stop. It's not like other people who joined with me aren't promoted. Can someone suggest how I should deal with this situation? Should I look for another job, or should I continue to fight here for the compensation I deserve?🤔

A Senior Manager

I have an ambivalent relationship at Genpact. I love the work-life balance, but I really dislike the annual appraisal system, daily tracking of hours, and the mandatory 90-day notice. The working environment is also quite disappointing.😣😣

I don't recommend to work at Genpact to anyone. My managers were unprofessional and revealed my salary to everyone, which created a hostile work environment.😔 Many of my colleagues spoke Hindi and didn't know English, which made it difficult to communicate and collaborate. The HR and Talent Match teams were unresponsive to emails, and there was no proper planning or waste management. I lost my job due to improper planning and lack of support from my manager.😑
