It is a software/website that helps create AI rendered catalogue images for retail brand customers.
Basically i downloaded python and git hub via terminal on my store's mac device. Did a whole lot of coding, at the end to realise that the device is not compatible to run the whole software. I discussed this with the store/brand's owner (this is a made to measure men's wear brand) he said that there are advanced PC's in the store on which I still can try downloading 
I'm v much new to this coding thingy 
And I'm following chat gpt's instructions to get the whole stable diffusion thingy running!
I just want to know whether or not is it worth it to give it another shot?
Does it work out?

When I joined, I thought this job would be different. Smart teammates, real learning, actual growth. But now I’m just doing late-night calls, chasing half-baked deadlines, and nodding in every “quick sync” that goes nowhere.
 
That fake moon in the photo? Pretty much how this job feels. Looks nice from outside, but zero light when you actually need it. Same with those “great job team!” emails, feels good for 10 seconds, then you’re back to working weekends with no hike, no comp-off, nothing.
 
But still, I stay. Because manager said “next quarter will be better.” Because HR said “you’re a key resource.” Because I don’t have energy to start over again.

And maybe that’s the scariest part.
How long do we keep lying to ourselves just to survive one more Monday?

Why do managers think R&D = “Fix everything magically without time, data, or support”? 

I've been in this role for 3+ years. I love problem-solving. But lately, the expectations are just insane. “Find root cause ASAP.” “Why didn’t you predict this error?” Bro, if I could predict product failures before they happen, I’d be running NASA, not this joke of a team!

And the best part? If it works, no praise. If it fails? Whole team mails, 9 PM calls, and lectures about “ownership”. Seriously, R&D folks deserve better than being treated like backup plans for poor planning!
