Career at Crossroads: Stick it out or bail?
Hey folks, need some advice!
I graduated abroad in 2024, landed a job back in India, and it's been 1.5 years as a Marketing Associate.
I've been firing off resumes like crazy, but everyone wants immediate joiners these days.
So, do I stick it out for 2 years in my current role, or jump ship now and risk unemployment in this tough market? Feeling lost!

Totally possible bro! BA is a smoother shift from MIS than BDE. Start learning basic SQL, Excel hacks, and BA tools. Try internal move or build portfolio side-by-side. MBA + 3 YOE = good combo

Totally get you. Market’s wild right now. If the job isn’t toxic, maybe ride it out till 2 yrs, makes your profile look solid + buys time to prep better. But if it’s draining you, plan the exit, don’t rush it.

just make sure you’re not leaving into nothing (unless mental health is at stake).

Just don’t quit without a plan. Line up something, even if it's freelance or contract for a while. The market is slow but not dead.
