Going by the current news of layoffs at TCS, it’s honestly heartbreaking

People who’ve given their time, effort, and energy to the company are suddenly being shown the door. It really makes you think... no matter how senior or experienced you are, no role is ever fully safe. The same company that once relied on them is now asking them to leave. Feels unfair, honestly. And if there’s anyone who’s seen or experienced something off inside, maybe now’s the time to speak up. pls share your story. Not to point fingers, but just so others understand what actually goes on. We all deserve transparency. We all deserve better.

We can argue about it all day long but I find it deeply unethical for profitable organisations to fire people. It should be a measure of last resort which is unfortunately used to pad out quarterly numbers.

I am concerned about the other companies like Accenture, Infosys, Wipro because from past trends, these companies tends to follow what TCS does.

Better for me to go on Naukri start my job search instead. Any kind of ranting is not going to have any positive impact on the company.

They're forcing people to take projects even having development background. Someone they forced to resign or to take a non tech rotational project. For many they straightforwardly give 2 options resign /terminate not even offering any project option. The Main Thing is TCS doesn't have enough Projects. The majority of projects did not renew but they mass hired thousands.

If some of the middle management gets fired, then the secrets might leak and media will be abuzz. So until then, it will be the calm before the storm or absolutely nothing happens as nobody will dare to speak up as we are afraid..
