I have offers from both hexaware and Capgemini for the Pune location for almost the same ctc, anyone who worked in both which one is good ?

Office Gossip

I’ve got someone in my team who literally treats gossiping like it’s her full-time job.

If I casually mention what I did over the weekend to a friend, she’s already typing it out to her little gossip gang in seconds.
If I step out for a meeting, she notes the exact time I left and came back and of course, updates her buddies about it.
Even work-related chats I have with colleagues don’t stay private she’s quick to pass it all on.

She’s always busy chatting, checking her phone, away from her desk for hours… but still manages to keep tabs on everyone else’s business, not just mine. I sit nearby so I can literally see her typing away all this stuff. It’s honestly getting on my nerves now.

What would you do in a situation like this?

These days, it just feels full of drama, jealousy, and zero real connection. No matter how much effort you put in, people just don’t show up when you need them the most. Honestly, I still feel closer to my college friends. Everything was real back then simple and honest.

Now, after reaching office and spending the whole day with corporate faces and small talk… I’m just done. Don’t even feel like meeting anyone after that.

Daily Office Life

When I joined, I thought this job would be different. Smart teammates, real learning, actual growth. But now I’m just doing late-night calls, chasing half-baked deadlines, and nodding in every “quick sync” that goes nowhere.
 
That fake moon in the photo? Pretty much how this job feels. Looks nice from outside, but zero light when you actually need it. Same with those “great job team!” emails, feels good for 10 seconds, then you’re back to working weekends with no hike, no comp-off, nothing.
 
But still, I stay. Because manager said “next quarter will be better.” Because HR said “you’re a key resource.” Because I don’t have energy to start over again.

And maybe that’s the scariest part.
How long do we keep lying to ourselves just to survive one more Monday?

Is this for real?

A male colleague once raised a valid question during a team discussion:
"Why do we offer extra perks only to women in the name of inclusion? Shouldn’t fairness go both ways?"

He wasn’t rude.
He wasn’t dismissive.
He just asked.

But the reaction?
He was instantly labeled “bitter” and “misogynistic.”
Conversation shut down. No space for dialogue.

If a woman questions something, it’s called courage.
If a man does the same, it’s insecurity?

Is true equality only convenient when it benefits us?
Where do we draw the line between empowering and excluding?
