The employee chose to go ahead with his lunch anyway. His manager? Started ignoring him after that.

This news is  going viral cz this isn't just about food. It’s about dignity. About basic respect. About how hunger is still being overruled by hierarchy in some workplaces.

Maybe it’s because all the excessive care and love, raising kids wrapped in bubble wrap has turned normal college stress into a mental pressure cooker. 

No surprise we are seeing a rise in such tragic cases.

If they can’t handle the pressure of college life, what hope is there for the real world?

Why do managers think R&D = “Fix everything magically without time, data, or support”? 

I've been in this role for 3+ years. I love problem-solving. But lately, the expectations are just insane. “Find root cause ASAP.” “Why didn’t you predict this error?” Bro, if I could predict product failures before they happen, I’d be running NASA, not this joke of a team!

And the best part? If it works, no praise. If it fails? Whole team mails, 9 PM calls, and lectures about “ownership”. Seriously, R&D folks deserve better than being treated like backup plans for poor planning!
