Salary Discussions

I recently got an offer from $ayPal for CL6 level role. 
Offer : 
Base : 3x LPA
Bonus : 3.3 LPA
Stocks (RSU) : $3x,000 (vested over 3 years)
Gratuity : around 75k
Food coupons : around 15k
Total CTC : around 65 LPA
( Hiding some details for anonymity)

Here's some info about my current status : 

Experience : 5 years + some months
Current Base : 18.x LPA
Current Bonus : 1.8x
Loyalty Bonus : 30k
Total CTC : around 20.5 LPA

Recruiter didn't allow for negotiation, she just came with this offer structure and said that she has already finalized this and doesn't like to do to and fro regarding offer negotiations. As I was in dire need for a switch, i accepted, but doing some research, i feel I'm being underpaid. Any suggestions?
