Is This Normal in Accenture?

I accepted an Accenture offer, but now I'm starting to wonder if I've been ghosted. My recruiter has gone MIA, and I'm starting to panic. I'm feeling a bit lost and stressed. Any advice on who to contact or what to do next would be greatly appreciated. 🙏

currently not working

Hey everyone, I'm facing an issue. Accenture gave me the offer letter on October 31st. Then we had an open house session where it was mentioned that my training would start online from November 20th, and before that, I would receive an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) that I need to accept. I accepted it, but my training still hasn't started. I raised a ticket, and they are now saying that I haven't accepted the NDA, even though I sent them proof that I accepted it. Still, I haven't received any response, and I don't have any HR contact number. What should I do now? Any suggestions? Also, how many people are facing this issue?

When did you appear for the HR round and after how many days you received the offer letter?

[an assistant manager](username) I got the offer letter on the same day evening. All processes including interviews were completed in 2-3 days

I had similar situation sometime back. I was holding 2 offers during that time and I waited for one month to join Accenture, as there was response I opted the other company and they were good enough to take me. After a couple of weeks from joining dates Accenture Hr called and asked me why I didn’t join Accenture. This was in 2016. Worst hr I have seen till date

A Senior Software Engineer

Not sure brother. I worked 4 years with Accenture and they never helped me when i ask questions . The only time HR had a chat with me was 9 months back when i dropped papers.
