Hi, has anybody attended interview at Capgemini for automation testing profile at Bangalore, Belandur office on Saturday(9th May 2025). Did you get any update from the HR. I was told that HR will be contacting on Monday, but have not got any update yet. Just wanted to check if anyone has any update on the same. Joining Client After Resigning from Accenture – Any Restrictions?

I currently work at Accenture India and am staffed on a US-based client project. I'm planning to resign from Accenture soon and am considering exploring direct opportunities with the client after my notice period ends. The client has confirmed that there’s no agreement in place with Accenture restricting them from hiring former Accenture employees. That said, I'm curious - does Accenture have any internal policies or clauses (like cooling-off periods, non-compete, or non-solicitation) that could prevent me from joining the client directly after my exit? Would really appreciate any insights or experiences from others who have made a similar move.

Traumatized by my toxic boss. Please suggest

I’m new to RPA and have been assigned 12 projects at once with a 3-month deadline, based on my lead's estimation. I initially agreed, trusting his experience, but I wasn’t provided with sample data for analysis. As I started working, I realized each project involves automating 15–20 accounts, all with varying and complex file formats, which is far more time-consuming than expected. Now, I'm under pressure to meet the committed timeline, forcing me to work beyond office hours and on weekends. My lead is unapproachable and dismissive when I try to raise concerns. I’m mentally exhausted and unsure whether to escalate this further or ask for a project release instead of switching jobs altogether. Please advise.
