Never ever join this company, do only if you like caste based politics
It’s difficult to see why anyone would choose to join a company with such a toxic work culture and poor management—unless they are unaware of the long-term impact it could have on their career. Job security is virtually nonexistent, and the organization is struggling to secure new projects. With HP acquiring a portion of its share, the company has also started losing clients, largely due to a lack of skilled workforce and strategic direction. In an attempt to stay afloat, the CEO has resorted to sudden and unclear layoffs, creating an unstable and demotivating environment. Unfortunately, the core issue seems to lie with the management team itself, whose actions continue to hinder the company’s ability to grow or sustain itself in the long run.

So they resorted to layoffs as a solution? That’s like using a hammer to fix a watch!
