Never thought I’d say this out loud, but I’m done. Bengaluru is draining me.

Commute sucks. Traffic is a joke. Roads are nightmares.
And now the bike ban?  Just when I thought it couldn’t get worse…

Every day feels like I’m spending 3 hours of my life doing nothing but sitting in traffic and aging. Weather is great yes but what’s the point if I’m just stuck in the perimeter of my building? 

If I ever build a startup, Bengaluru won’t even be on the list.
In fact, I’d rather chill in Mumbai in my ac and have peace of mind. At least there’s a local train.

At this point, I’m even okay with taking a 50% paycut, if it means I get to leave this madness and work from a saner city.
(and no, not Delhi/NCR )

I’m serious. I need to escape.

Bengaluru ,I’m tired. Mentally, physically, emotionally.

Salary Discussions

Got a call from INK IT Solutions about a job. Talked roles, salary expectations (₹3.5–4.5 LPA with my 10 months tech support experience). Interview went okay. But when I asked regarding the budget of this role he denied 😂 and he said tell me your expected CTC. I felt like I can go upto 5-6 lpa CTC. 
But here’s the weird part: they asked for my masked Aadhaar (last 4 digits visible) and a selfie via email for verification! Felt super awkward.
The client company is NTT Data 
They also wanted: 
- Current company name 
- Current CTC ( 2.2 lpa ) 
- Expected CTC 
- Total experience 
- Relevant experience 
- Notice period time 
Verification is fine, but personal docs after just a call? Seemed unprofessional. especially without any formal confirmation or offer. 
Plus, their ratings are lower than my current company’s, which is kinda funny 😄.

So recently I replied to this so called senior at work very politely and very respectfully but I didn't write "Sir"

Aur bhai sahaab pata nahi ye banda kya offend hogya and he replies with "Is this the way you talk to your seniors"

Like what??

Matlab if I've not written "Sir" on my text apparently that means I am not respecting you?

Did I abuse you? NO
Did I insult you? NO
Did I talk rudely? NO 

Bro we are living in 2025 and some people are still hung up on these dada ji ke time ki hierarchies. Har jagah validation chaiye bas.

And lets be real, if your ego is so fragile that "Sir" is what holds your authority together, then dikkat aapki hai

Actions se show hoti h respect, words se nahi.

Bhai kya hi obsession hai aaj bhi 'Sir' sunne ka?
