Should she delete her LinkedIn post or not?

Asking for a friend, Since last 3 months, she has been facing multiple issues including mental harassment by her manager at her workplace. She tried all official channels including reporting to the HR and even to the CEO eventually, but surprisingly, nothing happened. Infact, as a retaliation, she was put on PIP last month by here manager. So finally as a response to this continuous harassment, she went to LinkedIn and called out her manager, the company and even the CEO. And this is what she has received in response! The company is threatening her of legal actions and now we are confused, whether to delete the posts or to maintain our stand. Any help would be highly recommended at this point!

If they involve legal authorities which they won't, but if they do it gives her a chance to show everything and talk about harassment and why she did what she did

Now that you have gone public about it don't back down if you do so they'll get the chance of calling her liar etc

If she reached out about harassment and there was no action taken, you guys can sue them
Don't hesitate to stand for something that is wrong especially when you have highlighted it multiple times to respective authority.if they have failed to support you then it's fair they face some consequences.i would just suggest keep your evidence ready, don't get scared of them if they loose they will loose their goodwill and reputation.so it's obvious that's who is at risk.also it's become so common that companies talks about employees welfare but don't show in actions it's all just words. Stay strong. More power to you

I think you guys should not delete the post instead try to enhance the reach of post so that more people get to know this, I think it will eventually build pressure on them.
