What if I just walk into HR and ask "Ma'am, do you need help processing my salary?"
Because at this point, either the system’s broken or someone’s just not doing their job
Hi. I’m 19. This is my first job.
And I was honestly excited until reality hit harder than my HR ever works.
It’s been weeks, and I’m still waiting for my salary.
Not delayed by a day or two. Not due to a system glitch.
Just plain old “We’re looking into it” every time I ask.
Meanwhile, HR’s chilling sipping chai, scrolling reels, acting like delayed salary is just another Monday mood.
And now I’m at that emotional stage where I don’t know what to do?

Write an email to seniors regarding the matter.

Start emailing and add email chain daily the longer it takes the powerful the email chain becomes for every 2-3 days add someone top of her, or add hr help email.

You are young so looking ahead is probably still not a skill you have mastered but kiss goodbye to a decent career. Corporates and any other future potential endeavours which may require you to share your info will definitely have this as a black mark which no amount of regret is going tocleanup. Just wait

As much as I want to say “go for it” (cause you’re 19, they probably deserve it, and it won’t matter in terms of your future prospects), this constitutes assault and they could make your life difficult. Worse you may have to apologize. That just emboldens these people more.
Come up with more creative ways that can’t come back to hurt you.
