I read the part mentioning that no one from the workplace came to see her the last time after she gave the workplace her all.. just sent shivers down my spine.

Mr Narayan Murthi wants more people to go through what this girl was feeling. There should be strict laws for working hours.

[an assistant manager](username) True, glorifying overwork is the most ridiculous part of the Indian professional environment.
Employees being overworked is not a badge of honour, rather an eye opener for lack of efficiency on part of the organisation.

Narayan Murthy and other kinda people talking about how other countries employees work hard and help their country grow like japan but they never tell you about how Japanese companies treat their employees and facilities.
Companies like Infosys and others not even 10% of other countries in work environments and technology.
Taking 10 Lakh from the client and giving only 4 lakh to employees is the common business in india.
The last thing: companies have options after you in replacement but your mom dad and family don't.

It happened because the management would have been least supportive. And it's high time now the Government should make a platform where such corporate harassment can be reported, and strict actions can be taken against these big corporate firms.
