3M as a corporation is good, US culture and employees benefits are good. However CBG (consumer business group) is the worst group to work with

Consumer business group is the worst group within 3M. More than 2 decade old leadership is clueless and work with very narrow Mindset. They don’t have any idea and don’t want to look things with fresh lenses. They are actually afraid that if few young leaders try to do different and get success , their government kind of job will come to an end
