Very poor culture. Mostly old employees become dept heads but their mindset is still same of line engineers. Aggression in seniors, most of seniors/leads are poor on ethics. Promotion given like “Prashad” no growth in terms of salary and skill sets Not even a single outbound training pf employees except a few visit China Growing company without taking employees together in its growth Just posted honest review. Food quality. Company culture. If there's less plan then all engineer will be work as a operator and if you denied to work then your boss will be ask for resign and your clearence will be done on the spot. No meaning of HR in this company. They only follow Chinese management decision

Nothing good there for B.tech degree holder... And also for Diploma holders.

Very bad work culture. Leader and seniors use abusive language. The company conditions is not good. Engineers are forced to work on line as a operator. The seniors have very bad behavior towards the juniors specially in production department.
