They do not offer any training and expect you to learn and start working on your own. Later, they place you under a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), and even after completing it, they claim you haven’t achieved 100%. Eventually, they pressure you to resign voluntarily.

The work environment is very pathetic. Employee will not get offer letter or joining letter during their joining and will not get any release letter while resigning from the company. Poor management. The owner of the company is not good and dont have any software development knoledge. He used to make very ierelevant statments to the employees<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.The company will not pay you the salary in time and it will also not pay the last moth salary if u resign from the company</mark>.
