Highly competitive environment which builds a toxic atmosphere among the peer group. Long and unpredictable work hours with low job security (which is majorly dependent on stakeholder feedback). "Blame game" culture is prevalent, and colleagues seek to focus more on positive visibility rather than getting the work done. Most of thework is operational, with few projects. No proper on-job training from the company for freshers, and is expected to be done by senior members of the team. I don't see any single good thing to talk and like about ABI.

Dislikes

I dislike working at ABI, because of thier highly instability, terrible culture, unrealistic targets, 0% job security, sacking employees even though they are best with their work coz of their Headcount reduction targets- 'Every day will be like your last working day' I don't suggest anyone to join his company and screwup your peaceful life.

Horrible experience with unrealistic targets, no work life balance, fully burnt out. There was no day at ABI I felt Job satisfied. I lost my peaceful life with fear about job security and instability. Many ppl join without knowing and end up leaving.
