i like the way things are done here. there are a lot of things happening but i like they are broken down and explained. my manager is also very supportive. he has great experience and gives me guidance when i need it. i came from another QSR company but i think the details and the way things are managed at ground level is amazing and very different from other companies.

i would like to have more documented processes to help share with my team. i currently have to manage on my own.
