Absolutely nothing . The company's location is near to my address and the company pays to their employees on time . These are the only plus points of this disgusting company .

Dislikes

I am out of negative comments here . Because this is the worst company ever I had get to know about . The director and the senior manager treat employees poorly . They don't allocate work properly and in name of multi tasking they assign innumerable tasks to the employee and work culture is just horrible . Please don't ever join in this company and if you join you will suffer at your own risk .

This is one place where you can work independently. Management is employee friendly, dynamic and accept new implementations.

Dislikes

Exit policy is worse, management doesn't want to listen any suggestion of employees, performance appraisal is worse and in most of the cases it's not in time, salary structure is very low as per industry standard, career growth is very low.
