Good for learning for freshers.

Dislikes

Office environment is boring. Salary is way too low compared to the market. Some people can't even communicate properly in English. Practices Micromanagement. 3 years bond for freshers. Appraisal is not worth the work you do.

I’m worked 3years in acuvate. Started as a fresher. It’s good platform for freshers and learning scope also good. But work is very hard and you need to work more than 9hrs.

Dislikes

Hikes and salary is very less in acuvate when you compared with outside market and we get very less on hand also.

Work Details

In acuvate definitely we will learn the technology but we need to work overtime and no compassion for overtime. Work life balance is not good in acuvate. When client is called at 2AM definitely you need to answer the call and you need to work.

Management needs to improve . Appreciation should be done on merits rather than likings. Too much internal politics leads to discrimination

According to all the acuvators, "A two years Acuvator is equal to 4 years Experience guy of other company". And this fact is 100% true.
