Payout is in time, incentives are decent, lots of fun activities for those who wants to have fun during work hours. However, workaholics folks won't need fun at work through employee engagement team. Internal Politics

Dislikes

Overrated Culture Lots of partiality happens within the company, the same rule doesn't apply for everyone. It changes person to person. Basically someone who is in the good books of his/her boss, his/her job is secured, and vice versa. Very hidden & toxic culture. If the company is running in loss or not making good profits, then how can they spend money for people for Maldives tour or Annual Event in lacs? They probably can cancel everything and just focus on the work....Read More
