There is nothing to be liked for this company as it has very limited projects and limited to only single domain

Dislikes

Below are the points for this: - No work life balance, managers act as some dictators and threaten employees to do overwork with limited pay - No job security, as stated above this company has very limited number of projects from small countries so obviously the work is also very limited, and you can be released from the project anytime. As soon as you start at the bench, your manager will start looking for idiotic and senseless excuses to put a blame on you to make you feel guilt and eventually they can ask you to immediately put up a resign without serving any notice period, hence this company won't give you NP salary too and make you leave the job. Another foul thing this company can do is to put you on a short-term project for few days and will ask manager of that project to give the wrong and disturbing feedback about you no matter if you worked very well on that project. So, this is just another trick of this company to make employee immediately resign. CONCLUSION: So, conclusion is never join this company if you want to sustain in your career else you will remember this review with pain after joining this company...Read More

Damco solutions Faridabad This company has the worst possible work culture. Managers and Team leaders want you to work like slave. For the whole year they will grind you and on the name of appraisal they will give you excuses like don’t focus on money but focus on learning. The managers and leads sitting on higher position from 20-25 years doesn’t want a competitor and they will never let anyone survive here who is ambitious. Whenever they get to know that a person has life problems they torture him/her to work like a slave because they know that the person is in need. They will show that company has 5days work culture but force you to work on weekends for the almost whole year....Read More
