Let this be warning to anyone considering a contract role here. I was hired with the false promise that outstanding performance could lead to a permanent position. That was nothing but a pure lie. Despite delivering excellent results, I was shown the door the moment my contract ended- no extension, no support just a cold goodbye. The HR team made empty promises from day one. They are masters of manipulation saying whatever it takes to get you in, and then discarding you without a second thought. They have no accountability for the damage they cause to people's lives and careers. I was left unemployed for months, my mental health suffered, and I lost confidence in myself- all because I trusted their word. If you're reading this, don't fall for the trap. Don't believe their sweet talk about permanent conversion. You'll be used for their benefit and thrown away when you are no longer needed- no matter how well you perform. In the end, its not the HR, its you and your family who will pay the price when you will be unemployed.
