Job security- nothing because your just a contract employee Work - it's a govt sector just eat ,sleep and go home ,there are projects running from past 10 years but its of no use ex-rustom UAV Company policy - no benifits or growth for contract employee you can only gain your experience here nothing else. Politics-yes a bunch of people who eats govt money in the name of project which is In crores....Read More

Be here just for experience if your planning to continue then work for same salary for every year . If your taken on good contract you can be paid well but no growth in terms of engineer to manger don't even expect it because your contract employee
