There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is low.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

ADE uses design software that are update once in 2-3 years thus allowing us to work with the latest software used by most design research industries. It allows freshers who have recently graduated from college to grasp the basic knowledge and skills required to work in any design organisation.

Dislikes

The organisation is at best, only helpful as an entry level job. There is no scope of actual progress in the work or career and those that have sufficient knowledge in design will find no improvement in their knowledge or skill. The work hours are very poor usually 9 hrs but can go up to 12 hrs, employers will ask employees to do overtime with no pay at their own discretion<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The pay is also very low, even for experienced individuals, and the organisation will rarely give increments to salary</mark>. Work Details

The work load is majorly placed on the employees with little to zero guidance from the employers. They make demands on a whim and do not value the individual's qualities. They are patronizing to most employees while favoring a few, regardless of the work.
