Luckily I worked with friendly and supporting colleagues as well as mentors. Who not only give me motivation to work more on my weaknesses but also encouraged me in my strength and stood behind me in every ups and downs.

Dislikes

No Saturday off or half day. Even if you are late cuz of some train issue they will deduct it from your salary.

Insecurity of job. Due to personal grudeges and ego problem they can fire an individual even if they are giving 100 percent of their work.
