I am working in Gujarat patan plant. There is no such thing I have feel like working here.

Dislikes

I have been working here since year the management have zero understanding of maintain the culture. There is no shift management work time is 8 hours but you have to work for 12 hours or 16 hours as well. They treat you like labour. Company HR helpless they don't have power they just do whatever comes from HO they are not using their brains to correct it. Cultural differences is there on the higher position all are outsider they are not preferred local candidates even if he have good knowledge. Food is worst , bus facilities worst , HR management worst , notice period is 3 months which is trap for the Employee , exit policy is so tough they are not issue your relieving letter they are try to make you stay and pressurised you for your work , no skills training I have lot to tell but I think this is more then sufficient....Read More

My work life is zero when I start working I join Asahi for my skills development but I am not able to work on my self because of the work load.
