Al ALI is best for new Learner OR worker in any department. Overall it's working as skill developer company, I like also salary timing. salary Always came on the time. but here don't be increasment. I think it's very bad for any employees.

I am part of the HR team of Transport and Workshop section where we deal the transportation and mechanical issues service for all the sites of our Company. Colleagues come from various culture streams and sportive in work ethics....Read More

Dislikes

My section management doesn't follow accurately the concepts and policies of the Company. Partiality(country wide), unnoticed requests, appraisal rejections, administration negligence affects employee's honesty towards work. The manager does not value an individual's talent. Compensation and facilities are very poor.

Work Details

My responsibilities are relevant to all HR, Payroll and Administration work of Transport and Workshop section of this company. Hoping my work ethics and efforts will be helpful to my office.
