Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive, Salary on time. Company policy are good

Management doesn't address our issues. Salary on time but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign

I love the fact that I am part of a team that markets reliable.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high sometimes, I have to work 12 -14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend consultant calls in the night time. And manager do not value an individual, unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times.
