Not supportive at all. They opened the office amid corona scare despite being an IT company and a visibly increased productivity during work from home.

Dislikes

This company has no work culture, no respect for employees. Employees' happiness or 'Employee-friendly organization' are the phrases they have never heard in their life. Seniors mistreat juniors, top management is seen shouting on employees in the middle of the office. They do not follow any proper HR policy as prevalent in the market, one single person decides all policies. An appointment letter is a contract paper with unbelievable conditions.
