As I'm in my probation have nothing much to say about job security, the work culture and management is good but would like to highlight few things that's too good in Anlage is it is the right platform for any fresher to start a career here, challenges, competition, learning is excellent.

Dislikes

There's is nothing much to highlight here as a dislike for now, but if the seniors give that space to understand and encourage a new joinee would help the person feel comfortable and work better for the betterment of the organization.

job security, in my case i have informed advance about current client project end date to allocate to other projects, avoid dead end situations. but no action has been taken from HR dept. they mentioned generic answers performance issue, then i showed chat proof, they diverted the matter.
