I have been working with Anlage for last 2years. I really like the general vibes of the office. My manager (Rahul) is also nice and very helpful at times. He has been guiding me through my probation period and after that. The interview process were stright forward and had only 2 rounds. You will get direct results immediately after the interview itself. Salary are as per industry standards.

There is no work-life balance. office timing is 9:30 am -6:30 pm but they make us work 9:30 am to 9:30 pm, not just that Saturdays are off here but In my team juniors were asked to work even on Saturdays. Salary is very low and even incentives are not given on time. They put employees under a lot of pressure. Working culture in Anlage is very good, there is too much to learn and grow. Team is very supportive in terms of any help. MD - Mr Umesh Chhazzed himself is very down to earth and he works closely with the entire team and shares his guidance. Very positive person. He is one of the best mentor ever seen. Anlage Infotech is also very good for interns, they get trained under guidance of Market Leaders who have worked for long in the same market and still achieving miles. Salary is always on time, not a single day's delay.Achiever are appreciated on a timely basis. Terrible managers and senior managers. Even more terrible HR. They make us write fake good reviews on multiple platforms. They only want employees who are bootlickers and will specifically target and torture the ones who speak against what is wrong. Worst place to work ever. The CTC is only for namesake: #fff5e4;">. They will deduct almost 40% of your CTC in the name of bonus with unreasonable targets</mark>. They will make you work on Saturdays as well even when officially it is a week off.
