Annual picnic and surrounding nature atmosphere. Nothing to say about company.

Dislikes

Company changed their focus to just save money by applying HR policies. Even employees losing trust on owner's wording. Fake commitments. Zero employees satisfaction. Having care about their clients and own business not care about employees geniune issues.

Life is only busy in company work and fear of losing job. Now work from home give pressure to work more.
