You have to ask you BizHR for everything and you know how the BizHR behave in every organization. 2.No proper work life balance because you have to work on multiple project at same time. 3.Unreliastic deadline for the assignment as they don't consider the time which is consume for daily standup or other company meeting during sprint planning. 4.During Probation period too 90 days of notice period which does not seems to be industry align. 5<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.No proper response once you leave the organization for your experience letter & pay slip</mark>.
