It is a startup company so salary are good in comparison to other companies.

Dislikes

Micro management is there. Senior manager try to suppress and abuse for minor issues. Timesheet is required to be filled everyday for every minute you spend in office. HR does not resolves issues. Senior management wants to involve in the personal life of employees.

The company is doing nothing to aid the mental health of the employees. On top that there are unnecessary policy changes that are further deteriorating the work-life balance. There is no provision of any extra leaves, compensation for setup of work offices or any provisional whatsoever to ensure that the employees are happy....Read More
