The first and foremost thing is the management - Director sir is very good and gentle. He actually understands the problems of each and every thriving employees. Most important thing is salary gets credited on 1st of every month with no delay. Awesome company to learn each and every stuffs related to NBFC industry.

Paid leaves are there but the number of paid leaves are less compared to other big companies.
