The process of doing work is good and the management is not support the Staff in this COVID-19 pandemic. Company policies are not good. Appraisal are not good and not give the good salary hike. Company are cutting the salary in this COVID-19 pandemic situation.

Overall it was a great working experience there. Management and people working in HR department are so cooperative. All the activities we perform there as a team. All health care workers used to work there in collaboration and try to provide utmost care to their patients.

Sometimes there is much workload in certain wards so there's need to recruit more staff
