nothing is satisfactory here. Career growth will go from high to low. No skilled employees here if joined will leave early because of the politics and power in the hand of one women.

everything. No career growth. You will not get anything to improve your skills, also you will not get an opportunity to utilize the skills you are good at. Only salary is good here other than that nothing is good.

I am 4+ year experienced MES Camstar Analyst with good exposure on Camstar projects. Here I was given to work which a fresher in manufacturing domain works in other words who knows nothing to work on will be assigned to this work. No quality work is there
